Scrivener's 1894 edition of the Greek New Testament was a revision of the Textus Receptus (the "traditional" text) in an attempt to reconstruct the Greek text behind the KJV NT, in so far as this can be found in Greek manuscripts without retranslating Vulgate readings back into unattested Greek.

You can also refer to the Nestle-Aland 27 or Westcott-Hort texts. The Westcott-Hort text is also available showing variants from the Nestle-Aland text, and transliterated.
